Upon accessing and using Aba ("Service"), users commit to compliance with and binding by these Terms and Conditions. Non-agreement with any part of these terms prohibits the use of our service.

2. Use of Service

2.1. Aba is designed to deliver personalized assistance, task handling, customer support, research, appointment organization, personalized recommendations, and efficient deliveries.

2.2. Users pledge to use the service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.3. Users must be at least 18 years old to access this service, affirming that they meet this age requirement.

3. Account Information

3.1. Access to specific features of the service may necessitate the provision of personal information. Users affirm that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2. Users are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their accounts.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. The use of the service is additionally governed by the incorporated privacy policy, accessible within these Terms and Conditions.

5. Appointments and Deliveries

5.1. Aba facilitates appointment scheduling, providing customized recommendations and fulfilling orders based on user preferences. Accuracy in these aspects is pursued, but the availability of specific time slots or delivery times is not guaranteed.

5.2. Aba disclaims responsibility for delays, cancellations, or issues arising from service providers.

6. User Conduct

6.1. Users commit not to employ the service to:

a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

b. Infringe on the rights of others.

c. Transmit any harmful or malicious code.

6.2. Aba retains the right to terminate user access to the service for violations of these terms.

7. Termination of Service

7.1. Aba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at its discretion, without prior notice.

8. Cancellation Policy
  1. Users who wish to discontinue the service after the free trial period must cancel their subscription within the first 7 days to avoid any charges. Failure to cancel within this period will result in automatic enrollment in a paid subscription plan.

  2. Users may be required to provide payment information upfront for the free trial.


8.1. Effective Cancellations: Cancellations are effective from the end of the current billing period.Users will receive confirmation upon successful cancellation.

8.2. Automatic Enrollment: Users who do not cancel their subscription within the 7-day free trial will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription plan. Subsequent billing will occur according to the selected subscription plan (monthly or annually), and charges will be applied to the payment method on file.

8.3. Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged for your next billing period, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

8.4. Access until End of Paid Month: You will retain access to Aba until the end of your paid month.

8.5. Last Day of Trial: If you cancel on the last day of the trial, the subscription will automatically renew per our policy.

8.6. Cancellation of service: Cancellation of service depends on whether the service involves payment. Services, if requested for cancellation, will be terminated, but no refund will be given in such cases.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Free Trial Period: Aba offers a 7-day free trial period for new users to experience the benefits of our personal assistance services at no cost. During this trial period, users have the opportunity to explore the app and its features without incurring any charges.

9.2. Refund Procedure: Users seeking a refund must submit a refund request through the Aba-App or contact Customer Support via E-Mail at hello@aba.live. The request must include the user's name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the charge in question.Users will receive confirmation or acknowledgment after submitting a refund request.

9.3. Refund Eligibility Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

9.4. Refund Processing Time:Refund processing times may vary, but Aba will make reasonable efforts to process refunds within 2–7 business days of receiving a valid refund request.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9.5. Non-refundable fees: Subscription fees for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds for the remainder of a subscription period after cancellation are not possible.

9.6. For 6-monthly purchases, the money will not be refunded on cancellation. The money till the app used will be taken; For example, if canceled in the 3rd month of the 6 months chosen period, then 3 months' worth of money will be taken, and the rest will be refunded.

9.7. Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change, and Aba reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancel subscriptions under certain circumstances. Users agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
